There are several different ways to support the William & Mary Foundation, many of which are designed to help maximize your level of contribution. No matter the method you choose, or the size of your donation, each gift impacts the caliber of the W&M enterprise today and for generations to come.

STOCK/SECURITIES
Gifts of securities can be a strategically effective way to support the William & Mary Foundation.
If your stock is held at a broker, notify the broker that you wish to make a gift of securities to us. Your broker will need written authorization from you before they can make the transfer. Be sure to tell them the name of the stock that you want to transfer, the number of shares, and where you would like your gift to be designated.

REAL ESTATE GIFTS
A gift of real estate may be an effective way to support the William & Mary Foundation while accomplishing other important goals you may have. Suitable properties may include your personal residence or vacation home, farm, commercial property, agricultural land and unimproved or undeveloped lots.
Gifts of real estate require special planning and must be reviewed by the William & Mary Real Estate Foundation prior to acceptance. The Office of Gift Planning can assist you in this process from start to finish.
